The disciplinary proceedings involving Mr Barry Hendricks has commenced by way of the chairperson of SASCOC’s Judicial Body, Adv Willem Edeling SC having delivered a charge sheet to Mr Hendricks and appointed Mr Nande Becker as initiator and retired Judge Kathleen Satchwell as the presiding officer of the enquiry.

The South African Sports Confederation and Olympic Committee (SASCOC) were very satisfied with the meeting held with the Department of Sport, Arts and Culture led by the Honourable Minister Nathi Mthethwa and his Deputy Minister, Ms Nocawe Noncedo Mafu on Wednesday 22 July 2020.
At a SASCOC Board meeting held on Wednesday, 15 July 2020, the Board resolved to respect the ongoing process being undertaken by the SASCOC Judicial Body in respect of Mr Barry Hendricks.
