What do the Olympics and Paralympics mean to you? It’s a dream come true as well as motivation to work harder in everything that I do

Where do you live? Johannesburg

Do you have a day job? Account manager for Mamba Media, a division of Primedia-unlimited

Did you grow up with a role model? If so, who? My mum, Marian Marescia. she is super mom

How many hours a day requires training? Four hours a day, I also have to accommodate my working hours so it is challenging at times!

What special diet is followed, if any? Just a healthy eating plan… a well balanced diet

Do you have a motto? If so, what? In life there are no regrets, just opportunities to learn

What is the best sports book or movie that you have read or watched? Movie – Remember the Titans
