Medal No 6 for Natalie

Natalie du Toit was at it again as Team South Africa picked up another two medals on day five of the IPC World Swimming Championships in Eindhoven, Netherlands on Thursday.

Du Toit made it medal number six for herself as she finished runner-up in the 50-metre freestyle final (S9 category).

She clocked 29.65sec and her silver success means she now has four golds, a silver and a bronze at the championships.

The other medal came from Charl Bouwer in the 400m freestyle (S13). He stopped the clocks in 4min 11.77sec to also win silver, in a national record to boot.

The medal tally for South African now stands at eight — four gold, three silvers and a bronze.

Other South Africans in finals were Hendri Herbst who placed seventh in the S12 400m freestyle, clocking 5:06.51 for a personal best.
